Your Task ##

In this versatile function, you will be on the road ensuring that technically demanding systems function reliably at our customers' sites.

Your main tasks include:

• Independent performance of maintenance, repairs, and service work on technical measuring and control systems
• Installation and commissioning of systems directly at the customer site
• Systematic troubleshooting and rectification of technical malfunctions
• Execution of service assignments throughout Switzerland
• Support and advice for customers regarding technical questions
• Introduction and training of users as required
• Documentation of the work performed and close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Your Profile ##

• Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable profession
• Ideally initial experience in technical customer service, in automation, or in an industrial environment
• Enjoyment of practical work as well as solving technical challenges
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong customer orientation and professional appearance
• High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good English or French skills are an additional plus
