For our composite department, we are looking for a motivated personality with technical understanding and a precise way of working. Together, we manufacture aviation-certified medical interior fittings. Our composite components make an important contribution to safety and functionality where highest reliability is required, and every second of this responsible function, you manufacture high-quality composite components from prepreg materials and accompany the manufacturing process from material preparation to the finished component. Your tasks Manufacturing of composite individual components according to manufacturing documents and specifications Cutting of prepreg materials using modern cutter systems Laying and processing of composite layers according to manufacturing instructions Operating and monitoring autoclaves and ovens for the curing of components Molding, post-processing, and trimming of manufactured components Performing quality controls to ensure a sustainable manufacturing and quality process Recording work progress in the ERP system Regular maintenance and inspection of machines and manufacturing aids according to the maintenance and inspection plan Participation in the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes Your profile Completed basic technical training, e.g., boat builder, carpenter, plastics technologist, or comparable qualification Experience in the processing of fiber composite materials or the willingness to learn this specialist field Confident handling of technical drawings and work instructions High quality and responsibility awareness Teamwork skills, reliability, and initiative Good German skills in speaking and writing Your future An interesting working environment in the fascinating world of aviation awaits you with us.
