Zuger Kantonsspital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1-200 employees, 180 of whom are in training and further education, are active in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27'500 people are treated annually. For our finance department, we are looking for a Controller as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks ##

• Creation of quarterly and monthly reports for clinics and other areas and support for the clinical areas in their financial queries
• Support in the construction and further development of a management information system
• Collaboration in budgeting, forecasting, and the further development of HR controlling
• Support in the further development of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®

Your profile ##

• Corresponding training in finance (Uni/FH or Dipl. Expert/Expertin) with further education in controlling
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in an acute care hospital
• High IT affinity and knowledge of common industry software applications is an advantage
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills when dealing with various professional groups
