Missions • Supervise and lead all tasks inherent to works management, for SIA Phases 4.32 / 4.41 / 4.51 - 4.52 - 4.53, respecting project deadlines and budgets • Establish and monitor requests for quotations and adjudications • Direct and coordinate mandatories, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee harmonious execution of the works • Study and check plans (civil eng. and mandatories) and cross-reference with the building permit • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the construction site • Maintain fluid communication with the client(s), the architect(s), the mandatories and other project stakeholders • Prepare supplementary estimates and client invoices, monitor +/- values as well as guarantees • Ensure client follow-up in both technical choices and finishes Candidate Profile • You hold an ES technician diploma, an EPF/HES training in building construction or a title deemed equivalent • You benefit from similar experience within a general contractor in Switzerland • Your analytical spirit and sense of organization allow you to manage one or several projects simultaneously • You express yourself easily in French • You master the principles of construction management software (Messerli, MS Project), you are comfortable with GED (M-Files) and MS Office (mainly Word and Excel) • You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable in human contacts Conditions and Advantages • Offer within a human-sized EG within a renowned group in the construction sector • Family group with a strong local presence • Varied, complex and stimulating projects, located in the canton of NE • Autonomy, trust and good team cohesion • Attractive salary conditions and benefits
