Your tasks: Management of the nursing and care process of the clients assigned to you; Assumption of case management with the assessment instrument InterRai HC; Responsibility for the implementation of the nursing diagnostic process; Support of employees in technical questions and with complex wound treatments; Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care; Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other services. Your profile: Dipl. Registered Nurse HF, DN II, AKP or training recognized by SRK at tertiary level; User knowledge with Perigon and InterRai HC is an advantage; High social and professional competence; Very good oral and written German skills; Driver's license Cat.
