This is a key role at the group level, present in the 6 Romande cantons, so the office location is flexible. Your responsibilities You take charge of the management of underground infrastructure projects and support clients at every stage, from initial studies to commissioning. In this capacity, you: • Ensure the global management of projects on technical, organizational, and financial levels. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the mobilization of appropriate skills for each phase of the project. • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with objectives, deadlines, and defined budgets. • Maintain and develop relationships of trust with clients, institutional partners, and authorities. • Contribute to the commercial development and the influence of activities related to tunnels and underground works in Suisse romande. • Share your expertise and participate in the support and skill development of teams. Your profile • Graduated in civil engineering, you have solid technical expertise in the field of infrastructure. • You have at least 10 years of experience in managing underground works projects, ideally related to rail or road tunnels. • You have successfully led complex projects by ensuring the coordination of numerous actors and stakeholders. • You master the Swiss regulatory framework as well as the specificities of the Romande market. • You wish to actively contribute to the development of underground infrastructure and participate in the evolution of the market in Suisse romande. • You enjoy collaborative environments and teamwork within multidisciplinary structures. • Thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills, you establish lasting partnerships with clients, authorities, and the various actors in the sector. • Organized, pragmatic, and results-oriented, you know how to make decisions, unite teams, and lead projects toward success. \#LI-Hybrid
