Within the Administration générale, you are the Commune's reference person for energy-related questions. You contribute to the implementation of the municipal energy policy and work in close collaboration with the sustainability delegate, municipal services and external partners. Energy Delegate (80%) Mission Steering and implementing the municipal energy policy and its action program. Managing energy projects in the fields of photovoltaics, thermal networks, electric mobility and energy efficiency. Steering the steps related to the Cité de l'énergie label and municipal energy planning. Ensuring the monitoring of the energy performance of municipal buildings and installations. Coordinating the municipal encouragement fund (FEED) and support measures for the energy transition. Developing awareness, advice and communication actions with the population and local actors. Ensuring legal and technical monitoring, researching subsidies and preparing the corresponding files. Advising municipal services and partners on energy issues and participating in inter-service projects. Collaborating with the construction police for the energy aspects of files. Representing the Commune with cantonal, federal partners and other stakeholders concerned. Required knowledge and skills: Higher education EPF, University, HES/ETS or title deemed equivalent in the field of energy, sustainable development, geosciences or related field. Proven experience in energy policy, sustainable development and project management. Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework in matters of energy. Excellent analysis, organization, coordination and communication skills. Ability to work transversally, to unite various interlocutors and to popularize complex subjects. Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, spirit of initiative and sense of public service. Excellent writing skills and good command of MS Office tools. Knowledge of the tools Energo, Enercoach, Planeter, QGIS and/or Cité de l'énergie constitutes an asset.
