WHAT AWAITS YOU • Central position in the heart of the city of Berne - with excellent accessibility • Varied workday thanks to rotation across six modern sites in Berne, Bümpliz • Dynamic environment: every day new encounters, new tasks, and changing teams • Planable hours: Monday to Friday • Structured integration - step by step into the fascinating world of radiology Collaborator Radiology Services (a) 80-100% # Collaborator Radiology Services (a) 80-100% YOUR TASKS • You are the friendly face at the reception - for patients, doctors in our radiology sites: Salem-Spital, Medical Center Wankdorf, Clinique Beau-Site, Clinique Permanence • At the call center, you coordinate appointments, schedule radiological examinations, and are the central contact person for our clientele • You inform, accompany, and prepare patients for radiological examinations • You handle administrative tasks, such as sending reports and documents or collecting medical records • As the daily pivot in the practice, you maintain an overview and act with confidence at the interface between medicine, administration, and patient service YOUR PROFILE • You have completed basic training in a service-oriented sector • You are recognized as a communicative, flexible, and socially competent person • A natural and warm attitude with a lot of empathy is important to you • Your IT skills are very good and you master digital tools • You have excellent knowledge of German and French, other languages are a plus You will find many benefits and attractive employment conditions at: Teamdiagnose - What we are missing is you.
