Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance and repairs: With your manual dexterity, you ensure that our plants in paper processing and paper production always remain in perfect condition
• Plant optimization: You support revisions and conversions and actively contribute suggestions for improvement for our plants
• Controls and troubleshooting: Regular inspection rounds are part of your tasks. You recognize problems early and ensure high plant availability through proactive defect and fault rectification
• Administration: You manage repair and maintenance orders efficiently in our administration program and support the AVOR department with spare parts management
• On-call service: You are ready to take on on-call duties to ensure smooth operations

Profile

• Education & Experience: You have completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic, or in a comparable field and have experience in maintenance and service mechanics
• Technical affinity: Ideally, you bring knowledge in welding (TIG and MAG) and have experience in drive technology, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Language: Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Mobility: You are mobile for on-call assignments, ideally with your own car.
• Personality: Reliability, precision, and a clean way of working characterize you. Team spirit, commitment, and a friendly appearance are a matter of course for you
