Main tasks

• Responsible for the production of dishes faithful to the recipes while respecting hygiene rules at their station
• Co-responsible for the smooth running of kitchen operations
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
• Control of incoming goods
• Daily MEP work for the stations
