With our expertise, we support railway companies throughout Switzerland with certified personnel. For our location in Baar, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) 100% starting 01. October 2026 or by arrangement, who will support our team in all human resources matters and independently undertake administrative and organizational tasks. Area of responsibility Personnel administration: Independent management of the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit, including the creation of personnel-related documents, support and advice for employees, conducting employee appraisals, and processing social insurance. Work equipment management: Procurement, administration, and organization of work clothing, equipment, and other work tools. Mail: Deputy processing of daily mail. General administration: Operating the telephone switchboard, participation in administrative processes. Your profile Education and training: Commercial basic training as well as further training as a Personnel Clerk or HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis). Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). Way of working: Independent, structured, reliable, and flexible. Personality: Discreet, service-oriented, and strong communication skills. Other: Own car.
