With our core competencies in forming, welding, laser processing, CNC machining, waterjet cutting and non-destructive testing, we focus on the processing of nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials. For our team in Quality Assurance at the Aarburg location, we are looking for an immediate NDT and Airflow Specialist (m/f/d, 100%) Your tasks Carrying out non-destructive testing (PT, VT) on hot gas parts made of nickel-based alloys in compliance with the relevant standards and customer specifications Carrying out airflow tests including evaluation and documentation of the results Creation and maintenance of testing and procedural instructions Ensuring and maintaining necessary certifications and approvals Documentation and evaluation of testing results including traceability Monitoring and ensuring the operational readiness of PT and airflow systems Support in administrative QA processes Participation in continuous improvement (KVP) of testing processes Your profile Completed basic technical training, e.g., as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable Further training in the field of NDT / quality is an advantage certifications according to ISO 9712, EN4179 or NAS410 are an advantage Experience in non-destructive testing (PT, VT) Experience with nickel-based materials (Aerospace / Turbines) is an advantage Confident handling of technical drawings and specifications High level of personal responsibility and quality awareness Exact, structured and detail-oriented way of working Networked and cross-departmental thinking Very good German skills in speaking and writing Willingness to work in shifts (early and late) We offer an interesting activity in a technically demanding industry.
