Together with your development team, you create the technological foundations for the machine and plant solutions of tomorrow. You combine leadership, technology and strategy. You... • work closely with mechanics, electronics and product management • lead and develop an interdisciplinary development team • are responsible for software architecture, development standards and quality • define the technological roadmap • actively drive innovations forward • accompany demanding customer projects You have in-depth experience in software development as well as industrial automation and are familiar with the challenges of modern machine construction. Ideally, you bring: • a degree from a university of applied sciences/ETH or equivalent technical training • several years of experience in automation and software development • very good knowledge of C/C++, OR embedded software OR IEC 61131-3 • experience with CODESYS, B&R or similar systems • in-depth know-how in drive and control technology • leadership experience or the potential to successfully lead a development team • entrepreneurial thinking and a joy of innovations What to expect No corporate structures and no long decision-making paths.
