• You install and configure servers, cash registers, workstations, printers, scanners and other IT devices.
• You support our customers with technical questions – via remote access and directly on site.
• You analyze and resolve technical problems and ensure the smooth interplay of all components.
• You bring technical understanding and like to roll up your sleeves – in the warehouse, during shipping, at the customer and in remote support.
• You take over the coordination of your assignments and are in direct exchange with our customers.

What you bring with you - and we are enthusiastic:

• You have a technical education or practical experience in the manual or technical field.
• You have manual dexterity, are IT-savvy and like to implement technical solutions practically.
• You work independently, flexibly, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You appear friendly and professional and have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You possess a driving license category B and enjoy being on the move with our customers.
