Installation Coordinator (w/m/d) Your tasks Planning, preparation and coordination of assembly and revision work on hydropower plant facilities Responsibility for the timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant implementation of assembly projects Monitoring and controlling of assembly processes as well as interface management between customers, construction sites and internal specialist departments Support and advice for project teams on assembly technical issues and regarding technical feasibility Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations Willingness to travel for short assignments at construction sites domestically (approx. 10–20%) Your profile Completed technical training (e.g. Polymechaniker EFZ, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ or comparable) Several years of experience in assembly, maintenance or in plant construction and power plant construction Experience as a chief fitter, site manager or in a coordinating function is an advantage Organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working Good MS Office skills as well as interest in administrative and project-related tasks Strong communicative personality with very good German skills; further language skills (FR, EN or IT) are an advantage Look forward to A meaningful activity in which you make an active contribution to the energy transition An open, uncomplicated corporate culture Flexible working hours (annual working hours plus home office) Attractive employment conditions (GAV Swissmem) incl. above-average employer contribution to your pension fund A central place of work with excellent surrounding infrastructure Become part of our team If your heart beats for hydropower and a meaningful task, we look forward to your application.
