Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) \| 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Developing and assessing real estate projects in early project phases as well as preparing sound decision-making bases for strategic investment decisions • Steering and accompanying feasibility studies as well as creating project definitions as a basis for successful project implementation • Handing over projects to the operational organizational units and ensuring the implementation of strategic specifications • Anchoring sustainability goals, especially the net-zero goal, in real estate development through the preparation of technical foundations, advising project participants, and knowledge and experience exchange • Participating in the further development of the sustainability strategy as well as representing the organization in specialist committees, networks, and working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed university degree (University or Fachhochschule) in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a comparable field of study • Further training in real estate economics or business administration as well as sustainability in building construction • Several years of professional experience in real estate development or project management as well as in the field of sustainability in the real estate environment • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in preparing decision-making bases and steering complex projects • Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working with high communication and advisory competence • Good knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell As a project developer with a focus on sustainability, you shape the sustainable development of our real estate portfolio.
