Building IT specialist oriented towards telecommunications (M/F)

Do you wish to participate actively in the energy transition by providing our customers with renewable and innovative solutions?   Building IT specialist oriented towards telecommunications (M/F) at 80-100%   YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and manage the installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of telecommunications solutions for businesses and private individuals. YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:  • Install, configure and maintain IP network infrastructures for clients. • Deploy, administer and provide support for network solutions, notably based on Ubiquiti equipment. • Implement and maintain IP telephony (VoIP) solutions, in particular 3CX platforms. • Ensure the diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to networks, connectivity and communication systems. • Participate in the securing of IT infrastructures by applying cybersecurity best practices. • Perform commissioning, functional tests and documentation of installations. • Accompany clients and users in the operation of deployed solutions and provide quality technical support. • Ensure technological monitoring and propose improvements aimed at strengthening the performance, reliability and availability of infrastructures. • Participate in the development and implementation of modernization or evolution projects for communication systems and networks.   YOUR PROFILE • You hold a CFC as a telematics technician, Building IT specialist or an equivalent network-oriented training. • You can demonstrate previous experience in a similar function. • You master IP networks as well as the implementation and administration of IT infrastructures, notably with Ubiquiti solutions. • You have good knowledge of IT security and apply best practices allowing to guarantee the reliability and protection of systems. • Comfortable with VoIP environments, you possess experience in the deployment and operation of IP telephony infrastructures, particularly with 3CX solutions. • Service and solution oriented, you understand the technical challenges while ensuring the performance, availability and reliability of the deployed infrastructures. • Autonomous and flexible, you know how to organize your work effectively and manage priorities in a demanding environment. • Possessing good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service, you intervene with professionalism and pragmatism. • Your analytical spirit and your ability to solve problems allow you to provide rapid and relevant solutions, even under pressure.
