On 1. January 2025, careköniz was created from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 employees. As a reference person, you are responsible for the nursing process and MDS coordination. You take on shift responsibility in the residential area. You provide care according to the principles of Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Palliative Care, and Validation. You are co-responsible for the implementation of specifications. Your profile You bring tertiary education in the nursing field as well as professional experience. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, subacute and fast-paced environment and bring the necessary flexibility for it. You are committed with great joy and passion to people in need of care, elderly people. You are a team player, responsible, enjoy working independently and are committed and resilient. We require very good German skills in speaking and writing; additionally, you understand the Swiss German language.
