To complete our integration team, we are looking for an integration counselor at 80% immediately or by arrangement. Your responsibilities ## • Guide and accompany our clients from their entry into our centers until their departure • Advise, support and help in case of daily problems and orientation • Triage, coordination, clarification and orientation towards external specialized services according to needs • Drafting decisions with indication of appeal routes for integration measures, employment and other benefits • Execute and document case files taking into account the expectations and directives of ORS transversal functions and the client • Communicate, coordinate and consult with the client • Calculate and verify support benefits Your profile ## • Sec. 2 level: Prof. maturity or equivalent (maturity, additional certificate, etc.) • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience • Basic knowledge and user knowledge of MS-Office applications • An irreproachable reputation (no entry in the debt enforcement register or criminal record) • French | oral: C1 | written: C1 • German | oral: B1 | written: B1 • English | oral: B1 | written: B1 You demonstrate initiative and invest yourself fully in the tasks entrusted to you.
