• Establishment, maintenance and further development of relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the context of accreditation
• Conception and implementation of a coherent information strategy towards these stakeholders as well as definition of the thematic priorities
• Maintenance of contacts with national and/or international bodies or organisations to ensure knowledge transfer or to fulfill tasks.
• Preparation of white papers, presentations, lectures, speaking notes and reports for the hierarchy
• Management and coordination of projects within your own area of activity as well as participation in other projects
• Ensuring rule-compliant information management according to the specifications of the Federal Administration

This makes you unique

• Master in politics/social sciences, communication or a comparable degree
• Communicative flair, editorial proficiency and experience in stakeholder management as well as in dealing with new media
• High degree of social, analytical and conceptual competence as well as an independent and self-organized way of working
• Quick comprehension, sense of what is essential and composure even under time pressure
• Very good active knowledge of two official languages and very good English skills

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) is the Federal competence centre for all core issues of economic and labour market policy and belongs to the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (WBF). It promotes international market opening for goods, services and investments. To reduce poverty, SECO is engaged in economic development cooperation. It plans economic and trade policy measures for the benefit of developing countries, Eastern European and Central Asian countries as well as the new member states of the European Union (EU).
