To strengthen our team in Fribourg, we are looking for a real estate agent: Your tasks: • Acquisition and negotiation of sales mandates • Evaluation of properties • Identifying the needs and expectations of our customers • Supervision and accompaniment of interested parties during viewings • Processing of sales until notarial certification Your profile: • Proven experience in the real estate sector • Good knowledge of the regional real estate market • Strong network of relationships • Dynamic, motivated, persistent, and committed • Excellent negotiation skills and solution-oriented thinking • Fluent German language skills, French is an advantage (English would be a plus) Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
