To support the Parenterals Production Support department, the support department for sterile pharma production, we are looking for a committed individual as Administrator Production Support AVOR, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Main activities include:

• Provision/printing of batch documentation for all production departments of sterile production
• Collection and compilation of all necessary documents from the production departments
• Creation, review, and closure of test orders
• Initiation and ensuring of any corrections/additions in batch records
• Performance of logbook controls/monthly closings in the electronic logbook system
• Support with general administrative tasks
• Collaboration on projects for continuous process improvement and the introduction of new products/processes
• Close cooperation with the production department, SAP support, and quality assurance
• Batch record review and closure in PES (SAP) for commercial and non-commercial production processes

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally in the environment of chemical, pharmaceutical, or food production
• Knowledge of SAP / MES and Microsoft Office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Basic English skills are an advantage
• Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a production environment (E-zone) while complying with applicable clothing and hygiene regulations
