You only want to repair bicycles (in our workshop, we do everything: skis, fitness equipment, personalizations/heat transfer printing, etc. Even if bicycles make up the main part of our work). You are only interested in pure technology and customer contact is a nightmare for you. You need strict «top-down» structures and wait for others to make all the decisions for you. You are not willing to work on Saturdays (because that's when our athletes need us most). Your daily routine with us (Your tasks) Diagnosis and repair: You identify the need, suggest the right solution, and carry out the services (maintenance, repair, assembly of accessories) with absolute precision. Quality control: When it comes to safety, you make no compromises. You check every control point carefully before handing over the material to the customer. Technical advice: You explain your work steps to the customer and give them the best tips for the long-term care of their equipment. Workshop organization: You ensure the availability of spare parts, the order of your tools, and the cleanliness of your workplace to be 100% efficient. What we expect from you Education and experience: You have a technical basic education (EFZ or EBA, e.g. as a bicycle or two-wheeler mechanic) and ideally have proven experience in bicycle mechanics. Service orientation: You like to help people and find technical solutions for their problems with passion. Meticulousness: You work conscientiously, organized, and place great value on clean (and safe!) work. Team spirit: You don't hesitate to lend a hand in the sales floor or at the reception when the team needs you. Sports enthusiasm: You actively engage in sports yourself and know your equipment inside out. That's what makes you credible! Language skills: You speak German perfectly. French and/or English skills are a big plus.
