A Technical Concierge itinerant at 100%

Your mission: ### • Carry out first-level work at our client's premises • Ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment and buildings • Handle user requests via our ticketing tool • Replace technical concierges on site in case of absence • Meet deadlines by responding quickly to events and requested interventions • Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Environment rules, including the implementation of work permits, fire permits • Ensure follow-up of interventions by external service providers. • Minor maintenance • Control and monitoring of technical installations • You ensure the quality and availability of the installations • On-call service Your profile: ### • Thanks to your versatility, you are able to perform various tasks. • You have a sense of service and are a good communicator. • You have a level of English equivalent to or higher than B1 • You have at least 2 years of experience in technical fields. • Qualifying training in the technical field would be a plus. • You are sensitive to areas related to safety, hygiene and the environment. • You demonstrate rigor, pragmatism and curiosity, you have a sense of priorities and responsibilities.
