For the real estate department of the finance sector, we are looking for, starting from 1 March 2027, following the retirement of our long-standing concierge, a/an Concierge at 100 % # Your tasks ## You ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the Zopf school as well as the maintenance of the green spaces. You will furthermore be supported by the cleaning staff. What we expect from you ## For this varied activity, you have completed an apprenticeship in the craft-technical field as well as several years of professional experience in this field. Furthermore, you possess the federal certificate of capacity for concierges or are ready to train to become a concierge. The understanding of the maintenance and preservation of the real estate value characterizes your work as much as the orientation towards the needs of the users. With your pleasure in interacting with children and adults, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Other requirements are a good knowledge of the German language orally and in writing, category B driving license as well as computer skills. You reside in Adliswil or in the close surroundings.
