For one of our clients, a recognized company in the Granges (SO) region specializing in the manufacture of high-precision watchmaking components, we are looking for a:
CNC Swiss Lathe Operator (M/F)
Your responsibilities
Perform setup, adjustments and production monitoring on SwissNano
Produce complex and high-precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and quality requirements
Ensure dimensional and visual controls during production
Guarantee the conformity of produced parts and intervene quickly in case of drift
Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment
Respect quality standards, internal procedures and current safety instructions
Your profile
CFC in polymechanic, micromecanic or training deemed equivalent
Proven experience of at least 3 years in CNC swiss turning, ideally on Tornos SwissNano machines
Excellent mastery of reading drawings and manufacturing high-precision components
Knowledge of ISO programming and precision machining techniques
Mastery of common control tools (dial indicator, micrometer, Marcel Aubert, profile projector, etc.)
Experience in the manufacture of watchmaking components, a real asset
Methodical spirit, rigor and sense of organization
Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork
Resident in Switzerland
