• You operate your versatile installations in the field of reception and mixing and monitor the production processes according to instructions.
• You master reliable operation and compliance with hygiene and safety rules, and you succeed in minimizing and resolving product losses or line stoppages.
• Before enjoying your well-deserved free time, you ensure a clean, precise, and well-documented handover.
• Your innovative thinking allows you to propose improvements to advance process optimization.

What you bring

• You have completed training in the food sector (dairy or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and may already have initial experience as a plant operator.
• Your flexibility is notably demonstrated by your availability to work in 4 shifts.
• You master the German language orally and in writing and possess a technical flair.
• You learn quickly and will soon master the use of operating systems (MES/SAP).
• Your physical and mental fitness motivates you and allows you to achieve high performance, you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
