Reporting to the Management, the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the implementation, steering, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Ritschard. He/she actively contributes to the overall performance of the company by ensuring compliance with standards and spreading a sustainable quality culture.

Your responsibilities ###

• Steer and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits
• Ensure the compliance of processes and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and steer associated action plans
• Manage non-conformities and ensure the monitoring of quality indicators
• Train and sensitize teams to quality requirements
• Ensure regulatory and standard monitoring in order to guarantee the company's compliance

Your profile ###

• Higher education in quality, management or an equivalent field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
• Proven experience in conducting audits
• Analytical mind, rigor and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
• Experience in the transport and logistics sector, an asset
