Do you want to combine your joy in customer contact with your communication talent and your language skills? In this versatile front office function, you are the first point of contact for our customers. With your professional, reliable, and solution-oriented manner, you ensure competent processing of inquiries. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for, temporary until spring 2028, a committed personality who contributes to smooth processes and high customer satisfaction together with various teams.

What you can achieve ##

• You advise our customers professionally and reliably via telephone, live chat, and e-mail - in German and French.
• You process orders, invoices, and return registrations efficiently and ensure smooth handling.
• You approach out-of-stock situations and customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner and find suitable alternatives.
• You support our customers with product inquiries and help with the use of our app.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our customer service and work interdisciplinary with teams such as logistics, back office, and purchasing.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a commercial education with experience in customer care - ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Or: You have a basic medical education (e.g., as MPA, nursing specialist HF, or FaGe) and want to develop professionally away from the patient's bedside.
• You are IT-savvy and have a strong technical understanding. Handling laptops, MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools is familiar to you.
• You have a quick grasp and quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. You think in networks and recognize cross-departmental connections - this is how you contribute efficient solution proposals.
• You enjoy communicating professionally - especially on the telephone. Customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
• You have very good German and fluent French skills, Italian is a welcome plus.
