Finance & Operations Manager (m/w/d) The Owners Forum is an exclusive international network of leading family businesses. Our members belong to the most significant entrepreneurial families in their respective countries and are represented exclusively by their owners. Several times a year, our members meet for high-profile forums and dinner events in international economic centers such as Seoul, Singapore, Cape Town, New York, Paris, or London. The company structure of the Owners Forum includes two independent companies: a GmbH based in Zug (Switzerland) and a GmbH based in Berlin (Germany). The Berlin company serves as a service company for the Zug-based GmbH. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as Finance & Operations Manager (m/w/d) Unlimited | Part-time | 50% workload (with a prospective possibility of later increasing to a higher workload) Start: immediately Your profile You are a structured, independently working person with a high quality standard and experience in commercial or administrative functions. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (Office Management, Finance Operations, Accounting Support, etc.) Experience in handling preparatory bookkeeping and administrative financial processes Independent, reliable, and discreet work Outstanding organizational skills and high autonomy Secure handling of digital tools and modern work processes (e.g., Bexio, Excel, DMS systems) Very good German language skills at a native level Very good English language skills for collaboration with international colleagues and partners Ideally, experience in the SME or service environment Your tasks You will support the management and finance department of the company in caring for the company in Zug and take on a central role in the operational support of financial and administrative processes.
