We are today creating a new function within the Quality & Sustainability department: Internal Quality Auditor at 80%. This person will have a field role, across all of Romandie, close to the establishments and teams, and will also work at headquarters in close collaboration with the Quality management system supervisor, at the heart of our integrated systems.
You contribute to the control and continuous improvement of Eldora's integrated management system. Very present in the field, you carry out internal audits in the Group's establishments, identify deviations and opportunities for improvement, with the perspective of helping restaurants and the company create value.
In direct support of the management system supervisor, you participate in the deployment, consistency and effectiveness of Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety at work and Sustainability approaches.
Your role:
Plan and carry out internal audits in Eldora establishments in French-speaking Switzerland, according to the defined audit program.
Evaluate the conformity of practices to internal, regulatory requirements and applicable standards.
Observe field practices, analyze deviations, identify causes and formulate pragmatic recommendations.
Write audit reports.
Support restaurant managers and teams in understanding and adopting standards.
Participate in the monitoring of Quality & Sustainability indicators and contribute to the analysis of trends and risks.
Contribute to the measurement of customer and guest satisfaction.
Contribute to the updating of management system procedures, instructions and tools.
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of certification audits and external controls.
Provide operational and functional support to the management system supervisor in continuous improvement and development projects.
Contribute occasionally to cross-functional projects of the Quality & Sustainability department, in connection with the development of the Group's activities.
Your profile:
Higher education in the field of quality, agri-food, food safety, or a field deemed equivalent.
Professional experience in a Quality, Audit, QHSE/HQSE function or in contract catering / agri-food.
Good knowledge of HACCP principles and, ideally, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
A training or initial experience in internal audit constitutes an important asset.
Ease in analyzing situations, identifying risks and formalizing findings.
Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to convey a demanding message with pedagogy, respect and a sense of dialogue.
Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and ability to manage several interventions and priorities.
Taste for the field and a strong interest in the catering professions and their operational realities.
Mastery of French, German is an asset.
Driving license indispensable, the function involving regular travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
