Inspection Systems Specialist

Your tasks and responsibilities • Responsibility for the reliable operation and technical support of our inspection systems for tube and packaging machines • Supporting customers and internal specialist departments during commissioning, optimization, troubleshooting and technical support of the inspection systems of PackSys Global. In doing so, you will also undertake on-site customer assignments if required • Analysis and sustainable solution of complex issues as an expert in 2nd/3rd level support • In addition to your operational activities, you support R&D in the development and optimization of innovative inspection solutions and actively participate in tests, trials and feasibility studies for the validation of new inspection systems • Active knowledge transfer through training and technical consulting of employees, service organizations and customers Your profile • You have a basic technical training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification and have ideally supplemented this with further training at HF or FH level in systems technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation or a related field • Industrial machine vision and optical inspection systems are very familiar to you and you preferably have specialist further training in this area • Thanks to your technical understanding of vision technologies, automation and control systems, you quickly analyze complex relationships and competently support customers with technical questions and challenges • You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing, and appreciate working with international customers and interdisciplinary teams • Willingness to travel for customer visits, commissioning and training at home and abroad completes your profile Our offer to you • Responsible tasks and independent way of working within a dynamic team • A modern, internationally oriented company with its own technology center and testing laboratory • Numerous contacts with our international clientele as well as with internal specialist departments
