AI Platform Engineer — Plugins & Marketplace

As part of the massive deployment of generative AI within complex enterprise environments, we are structuring the internal plugin marketplace based on the Claude / Anthropic ecosystem. This platform is intended to be made available to all employees across a large organization. To support this ambition, we are looking for an AI Platform Engineer. Your role will be to design, adapt, and industrialize robust cross-functional plugins, while supporting the operational and technical deployment of this marketplace to business teams. Your main missions 1. Development of cross-functional plugins & skills Design and develop the strategic plugins of the marketplace: Enterprise Search: internal search engine querying the organization's data and documents directly via Claude. Data Plugin: generation of analyses and interactive dashboards connected to the company's analytical data platforms and Data Lakes. Evolving roadmap of new plugins according to identified business needs. Rely on the Anthropic ecosystem (Claude, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol / MCP, "3P" third-party plugins) and adapt existing components to the company's architecture and security constraints. 2. Integration of the Microsoft Office ecosystem Deploy as Proof of Concept (PoC) the Office add-ins (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) connected to the internal Marketplace Collaborate closely with the Packaging team to ensure industrialization and large-scale deployment. 3. FinOps component & consumption management Design token consumption monitoring dashboards for managers and sponsors. Migrate FinOps monitoring to the new billing/cost model per user. Implement an automatic alert system in case of quota exceedance. 4. Evolution of access & IAM Define and implement V2 of the access flow to the internal Marketplace in coordination with the IAM, Provisioning, and Packaging teams. Allow managers to customize their teams' environment (allocation of token quotas, selection of accessible models, etc.). Education & Experience: Master's degree (Master or Engineering School) specialized in AI / Computer Science, or equivalent experience Professional experience: 3 to 7 years Anthropic Experience: Concrete and operational mastery of Anthropic tools: Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, as well as the development and adaptation of MCP servers/plugins. Key technical skills: Good knowledge of integrating Modern Data Stack / Data Lakehouse environments (desirable, very useful for the Data plugin). Successful experience in deploying Microsoft Office add-ins in an enterprise environment. Product Vision & Cross-functionality: Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Security, IAM, Packaging, business manager teams) and to translate a business need into a deliverable functionality.
