V-ZUG Corporate Communications & Investor Relations ### The Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team shapes how V-ZUG is perceived - internally and externally. As strategic partners of the management, we strengthen trust in the company, its profile, and reputation with our work. In doing so, we maintain dialogue with key stakeholder groups - from employees, media, and partners to analysts, investors, and shareholders. As Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you support the Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations in orchestrating and implementing the communications mix and realize clear, consistent, and effective measures in Switzerland and internationally. As a broadly positioned all-rounder, you combine enthusiasm for internal activities with in-depth expertise in external corporate communications: from social media and media work, sustainability and financial market communications to reporting. You translate complex content into precise messages, create orientation, and use effective measures so that it is clear why V-ZUG exists and what strategic priorities we pursue. The position offers you ### • You control the internal communications mix, develop and implement content, narratives, and formats - from intranet posts to newsletters to management messages and information events • You support communication between the CEO, management, and internal target groups and ensure that messages are clear, understandable, and consistent • You ensure the thematic orientation and content consistency of communication across departments and locations • You coordinate company- and channel-spanning theme and news management in conjunction with other departments such as People & Culture, Marketing, Sustainability, or IT • You are responsible for the further development of relevant tools and platforms together with other functions • You develop proactive and reactive external communication narratives that strengthen our corporate strategy and convincingly position V-ZUG externally • You support media work and create media releases, statements, Q&As, or briefings as needed • You contribute to communication formats such as events that strengthen dialogue and visibility • You lead central communication projects or work on them and coordinate external agencies and service providers • You work on guidelines, tools, and, if necessary, prepare for crisis communication and support the monitoring of issues as well as coordinated responses in sensitive situations You bring the following to the position ### • You have a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in communication science and business administration as well as at least six years of experience in internal and external corporate communications - ideally in a dynamic, international environment or in a matrix organization • You have pronounced writing and storytelling skills and are able to prepare content for different target groups in a clear, precise, and effective manner • You have experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including top management, and move confidently in demanding communication situations • You make informed decisions, use your discretion responsibly, and act according to high ethical standards • You work pragmatically and result-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations and with parallel tasks • You think structured, set priorities targeted, and keep deadlines and quality under control even in demanding projects • You are a cooperative personality who feels comfortable in organizational complexity and works effectively across functions • You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus
