As an addition to our team in Wolfhalden, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Production Worker with a focus on equipment operation in assembly (w/m/d)

Your responsible tasks include, among others:

• Assistance with setting up, converting, and dismantling machines
• Operation and monitoring of production plants and machines
• Ensuring a smooth production process as well as initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations
• Implementation and compliance with guidelines, standards, and customer specifications
• Participation in trials, tests, and experiments
• Performance of quality controls as well as ensuring quality standards
• Creation of test protocols and customer certificates
• Care as well as simple maintenance and repair work on machines and operating resources

Requirements

• Experience as an equipment operator in serial production
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on further tasks within the company
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• High resilience, endurance, and initiative
• Strong teamwork skills as well as good manners
• Quality awareness and technical understanding
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
