We are looking for the future: Senior Accountant 80% to 100% Job description • Bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements • Recording entries, monitoring accounts, updating the chart of accounts and cost centers • Responsible for invoicing • Monitoring of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payments • Debt collection management • Preparation of VAT returns and annual reconciliations • Various reconciliations (accounts, banks, projects, etc.) • Preparation of monthly and annual closings • Conducting the annual audit of accounts • Contributing to the preparation of financial reports • Ensuring the application and compliance of the Internal Control System (ICS) • Contributing to initiatives to modernize tools and processes Profile sought • Holder of a federal diploma in finance/accounting or equivalent • Mastery of IT tools, notably Excel and an ERP (Odoo a plus) • Good knowledge of IPSAS standards and/or experience in real estate management accounting is an asset • Ability to work autonomously, with proactivity and initiative • Sense of organization, precision and reliability in the execution of tasks • Stress resistance, respect for deadlines • Languages: fluent French and very good knowledge of English minimum B2 We offer • A dynamic and innovative working environment • A position promoting autonomy and proactivity • Stimulating and friendly working atmosphere with excellent working conditions Start date: immediately or to be agreed Workplace: EPFL Innovation Park, EPFL campus, Lausanne - VD Please attach to your application CV, cover letter, work certificates, diplomas
