• Management of the general agency as an independent entrepreneur
• Development of the market processing strategy, future-oriented design of the corporate culture, and organizational structure
• Implementation of the AXA growth strategy through active expansion and care of the customer portfolio in the business areas individual life, group life, and health insurance with the respective specialists in the branch area
• Recruitment, training, and further development of management and employees
• Ensuring advisory quality including regulatory requirements
• Representative of AXA in the area of Vorsorge & Vermögen in the Aarau region

What you bring with you

• Proven track record in managing a general agency as well as sound know-how in the insurance business (occupational pension scheme, individual life, health insurance, financial and retirement planning)
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and independent thinking and acting
• Knowledge of finance and accounting is an advantage
• Goal-oriented way of working, perseverance as well as strong will to succeed and resilience
• Sustainable corporate management with high quality orientation in all activities
• High affinity for digitalization, including in consulting as well as in performance and lead management
• Structured planning and consistent implementation
• High flexibility and good ability to cooperate
• Strong communication skills and convincing motivational ability
• Good network with solid anchoring in the market area
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
