Clarifications with authorities, neighbors, third parties and representatives of the client

Responsibility for schedule, quality and cost control

Your profile

Dipl. Architect FH/TU/ETH/USI or dipl. Technician HF Bauplanung Architektur
Several years of professional experience in project management
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
Good communication skills, social competence and leadership qualities
Cost awareness and structured way of working
Proficient use of MS Office, ArchiCAD and Adobe Desktop-Publishing
