You will coordinate various topics within multidisciplinary teams, notably driving the following actions: • Drive the daily performance of the department in connection with employees • Conduct incident resolution activities • Drive projects related to the evolution of logistics equipment and improvement processes in collaboration with internal partners • Ensure the maintenance of best practices by participating in the sector's steering meetings and developing a culture of compliance with standards • Perform audits and propose optimization actions • Contribute to the training plan of the sector's employees Profile Sought ## • Swiss HES Engineering degree or ES Technician or equivalent completed by training in logistics/management • First professional experience in a similar role an asset • Knowledge of stock management appreciated • Proactive, pragmatic, taste for "field" work • Demonstrated communication skills and ease in facilitation • Analytical and synthesis skills • Mastery of usual IT tools and an ERP
