Joinery Foreman 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate joinery teams
• Plan, organize and monitor work in the workshop and/or on site
• Ensure quality, precision and compliance with deadlines
• Read and interpret technical plans
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement

Profile

• CFC joiner diploma or CFC carpenter diploma
• Confirmed experience in the workshop or on site
• Sense of organization and recognized leadership
• Sharp technical skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to create a positive dynamic
