Maillard Immobilier is continuing its development in Neuchâtel and wishes to strengthen its team with the arrival of a new real estate agent.

Opened in 2026, our Neuchâtel agency is now entering a new phase of its development. After implementation comes acceleration: developing our presence on the ground, expanding our network, and progressively gaining market share.

You will join a growing local structure while benefiting from the strength of a real estate group active in several regions of Suisse romande.

Your challenge

Develop your own network and your portfolio of mandates, actively prospect the Neuchâtel market, accompany sellers and buyers from the taking of the mandate until the transaction, and contribute directly to the development of the agency.

Your profile

You know Neuchâtel and its region. You have a true commercial temperament, love creating relationships and provoking opportunities. You are autonomous, enterprising, demanding in your work, and also appreciate the dynamics of a team.

Experience in real estate brokerage constitutes an important advantage, but we are primarily interested in personalities capable of sustainably developing a network and a clientele.
