With around 160 employees, the foundation offers diverse living, working, and daily structure services and stands for appreciative coexistence as well as professional support for its clients.
Due to retirement, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and value-oriented leadership personality as

CEO (m/w/d)

Your role

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the foundation
• Further development of the organization and design of change and development processes

in close cooperation with the Board of Trustees and the Executive Management

• Promotion of a value-oriented leadership and corporate culture as well as targeted development

of managers and employees

• Responsibility for sustainable corporate success, finances, and quality
• Representation of the foundation towards authorities, politics, and other stakeholders

Your profile

• Higher education or further training in the field of corporate management, management, or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience at the overall management level in a similarly sized organization
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business and strategic competence
• Experience in the development of organizations and the implementation of change processes
• Authentic personality with high leadership, communication, and social competence
