For an established Swiss company in the field of building technology, we are looking for a technically savvy personality as a Building Automation Technician with perspective towards Project Manager. The company implements demanding solutions for building automation and offers long-term development opportunities within a professional and at the same time personal organization.

The position is particularly suitable for someone who already brings practical experience in building or industrial automation and wants to develop towards project management in the medium term.

Your Task ##

• Collaboration in the technical implementation of automation solutions for modern buildings
• Programming and configuration of automation systems for HVAC and room automation applications
• Technical implementation of projects from planning to successful commissioning
• Parameterization, testing and optimization of the control and automation systems used
• Carrying out commissioning and systematic troubleshooting on site
• Support in technical project execution and coordination of individual task packages
• Support and advice for customers on technical questions
• Close cooperation with project managers, fitters and other specialist departments
• Taking on increasingly independent responsibility within the projects
• Step-by-step development towards project management with corresponding assumption of budget, schedule and customer responsibility

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic technical training in the field of electrical, building technology or automation
• Further training at HF level is an advantage or willingness to develop accordingly
• Practical experience in building automation, HVAC automation or industrial/process automation
• Experience with PLC programming such as KNX, BACnet, DALI, Desigo etc.
• Enjoyment of commissioning, technical challenges and direct customer contact
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilient and team-oriented personality
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• Fluent German skills, other languages an advantage
