Your missions: Design and optimize processes: You analyze existing processes, mainly in the areas of supply chain, logistics, and production. You develop solutions adapted to future needs and contribute to the standardization and harmonization of our processes. Understand and translate needs: You collect the needs of our various departments and structures and prioritize requirements, then translate them into functional concepts, User Stories, and specifications. Participate in the SAP transformation: You support the introduction and evolution of SAP S/4HANA, participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, and contribute to deployments as well as projects to optimize our operational processes. Act as a link between different interlocutors: You collaborate closely with business departments, internal SAP consultants, IT, and our external partners to ensure that business needs are integrated into suitable SAP solutions. Guarantee quality: You support the testing and validation phases to ensure that new processes and solutions meet functional requirements. Support change: You support our teams in the adoption of new processes, organize training for Key Users, and promote adherence to new systems. Your profile: You possess experience in Business Process Management, Requirements Engineering, or in SAP project management, ideally in an industrial, logistics, or supply chain environment. You have good knowledge of processes and, ideally, of SAP S/4HANA. You have an analytical mind, know how to identify optimization possibilities, and enjoy developing concrete and pragmatic solutions. You communicate with ease, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and know how to bring different interlocutors together around common objectives. You work in a structured and autonomous manner, take your responsibilities, and actively contribute to the implementation of changes.
