To complete the management team, we are looking for, for a date to be agreed upon: ### Deputy Director / Deputy Director ### Head of Administration and Support Services at 80%The Position: Under the responsibility of the general management, you guarantee the overall performance of the support services. You exercise a senior management posture focused on governance, strategic steering and direct supervision of the administrative departments (finance, human resources, secretariat) and logistics (kitchen and housekeeping). The Profile: * Higher education (HES, ES, University or Federal Diploma) in Management, Finance or Economics. * Additional training in management. * Knowledge of the Vaudois semi-public social sector would be a serious asset. * Proven experience in team management and transversal management of support services. * Dynamic, organized person, able to work independently and take initiative, having good management of stress and unforeseen events. * Ability to unite teams through benevolent leadership. * Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable (availability required for an on-call system and inter-site travel).
