Your tasks
Carrying out vulcanization work according to specifications and quality standards
Operation, monitoring, and setting up of vulcanization systems
Dismantling and cleaning the molds
Manual polishing
Quality control of the processed components and materials
Operating various hydraulic presses and milling centers
Packaging and labeling work
Documentation of work results and machine protocols

Requirement profile ##

Your profile
Experience in vulcanization, rubber processing, or a related production area
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Readiness to work in 2-shift, 3-shift, and continuous night shift operations
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license Kat. B
Reliable, careful, and team-oriented way of working
Enjoyment of working in a high-tech industrial environment
