The Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ conducts training and further education in the financial sector and works on research and consulting projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by agreement as PhD Student Corporate Governance 70% Your tasks You will work on a dissertation (monograph or research papers) in the fields of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Corporate Law. You will work on practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications. The supervision of student work complements your field of activity. You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our further education offers. You will have the opportunity to gain initial experience in teaching. Your profile You have a very good university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) related to the topic. Already having been admitted to a doctoral program at a university is an advantage. You have an interest and ideally practical experience or research experience in the fields of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Corporate Law. Your proven subject and methodological competencies as well as very good analytical skills make it easier for you to get started. You communicate confidently in German and English.
