Psychiatric Nurse

• 12 juillet 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Neuchâtel On behalf of one of our clients in the sectors of Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Vaud, we are looking for profiles of Specialized Nurses in Psychiatry. Available as soon as possible Psychiatric Nurse \-Education: Bachelor in nursing or diploma recognized by the Swiss SEFRI (recognition mandatory). \-Specialization: Confirmed experience or specialization in mental health/psychiatry. \-Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, emotion management and sense of observation. \-Language: Perfect command of French (oral and written). Within dynamic multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the global care of patients suffering from mental disorders. Your responsibilities include: • Evaluate the mental and physical health status of patients upon admission. • Develop, implement and coordinate personalized care projects. • Conduct supportive and motivational nursing interviews. • Manage crisis situations and psychiatric emergencies with calmness and professionalism. • Ensure monitoring of medication treatments and their side effects. • Lead therapeutic workshops and talking groups. • Collaborate closely with families and the external care network.
