Construction Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d), 100 % For an established construction company, we are looking for an experienced and committed construction manager in the field of structural engineering. You will take over the independent management and coordination of new construction, conversion, and renovation projects and ensure a smooth process on the construction sites. Your tasks • Independent construction management of new construction, conversion, and renovation projects • Organization, support, and monitoring of the construction sites • Leadership and coordination of the construction site personnel • Creation of measurements and construction schedules • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and construction progress • Ensuring the work processes on the construction sites • Control of the performed construction services • Responsibility for quality assurance • Budget control and ongoing cost management • Calculation and support in work preparation • Execution and accompaniment of construction acceptances • Participation in construction and coordination meetings • Compliance with applicable safety regulations Your profile • Completed training as a Mason EFZ or comparable basic training • Further training as a construction manager or corresponding professional experience • Several years of experience in construction management or construction leadership in structural engineering • Good knowledge in the areas of new construction, conversion, and renovation • Experience in the leadership and coordination of employees • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Organizational strength and strong cost awareness • Assertiveness and good communication skills • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license category B We offer • A responsible and varied activity • Independent support of interesting construction projects • Modern employment conditions • Modern work equipment • A collegial and professional working environment • Long-term employment with development opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
