SENIOR CONTROLLER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Creation, further development, and analysis of management reporting for the Switzerland business unit, including variance analyses, management commentaries, as well as derivation and monitoring of measures Analysis, interpretation, and visualization of relevant financial, performance, and control KPIs to support informed business decisions Responsibility for plant, product cost, and sales controlling, as well as ensuring high data quality and transparency Further development of cost accounting, calculation, and controlling processes Conducting profitability analyses at the customer, product, plant, and business unit levels, as well as analysis of contribution margins, margins, and earnings developments Creation of business cases and support with investment calculations (CAPEX) Sparring partner for management and specialist departments in business management questions Independent execution and coordination of budget, forecast, and planning processes Participation and active co-design of finance, ERP, and digitalization projects, particularly as a key user in the ERP environment YOUR PROFILE Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field of expertise Sound professional experience in operational and strategic controlling (7-10 years) in the areas of plant and product cost controlling, financial & business controlling, cost & performance accounting, budgeting & forecasting, investment planning, KPI development & performance management Strong analytical and conceptual skills in the control and assessment of financial results Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Microsoft Power BI, is an advantage Preferably experience in a matrix organization of an internationally active manufacturing company Experience as a key user in ERP transformation projects (preferably M365) Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form YOUR OPPORTUNITY Look forward to a versatile key function with high strategic, conceptual, and operational responsibility.
